Soccer games in the morning before the Air Show.

Tom and I attended the CAF Airshow today where we met up with Bob and boys.  Teena and her kids came a little later.  It was a beautiful day and we loved the show.  Rex is the cameraman for the shots.  He loved taking the pictures.  I think he may get a camera for Christmas.

JULIE'S BAPTISM

We have had the privilege of getting to know Chris and Julie Baker, recent graduates from Texas Tech.  Both graduating with degrees in Chemical Engineering.  Julie has been investigating the Church and attending the Gospel Principles class I teach on Sunday.  She asked Tom to baptize her last week, Saturday, September 29.   We were all very excited.

OUR NEW WINDOWS

We decided to get new windows for the house.  Lowes is our favorite installers because Paul Cato does such a fabulous job.  The old cracked bronze windows are now new Almond Pella windows.  Love them.  We also had a new window cut into the front room.  More light to that dark room.  Love it.  I finished up with the rock replacement and it looks like new.

I need to learn how to build brick borders.  DYI here I come.

UTAH VACATION

The first week of September, I flew to Utah and spent some time with my parents and sisters.  I stayed with my sister, Dawn.  She was recovering from several surgeries and wasn't quite up to par, but that didn't keep us from enjoying the Arts Celebration in Fillmore, Utah.  I love small towns.
